Through my professional experience in the educational field, I joined Fikra WHF Understanding that education is an engine of change with a global view of the world. Because it is in those institutions where emotions are weighted above knowledge that we will achieve “bigger and better” learning experiences and the transfer of said knowledge. Happiness, comfort, education, and knowledge are not exclusive goals. On the contrary, they are goals that complement each other. A few years ago, when I was headteacher, an interested family contacted me to tell me that the school I was leading “felt like a club,” to which I replied, “It’s taken us several years to make that happen.”

the WHF Its mission is to develop the capabilities of people and communities across the planet to accelerate progress towards well-being and happiness for all, providing access to the latest innovations, policies, expertise, research and tools that are transforming the way we live, teach, learn and lead.
To achieve this goal, the Foundation estimates that 25 million change agents – educators, business leaders, health professionals and government officials – must positively impact the lives of at least 400 people. Thus a global network of transformations is created that exponentially multiplies well-being. he World Happiness Festival It is the largest global celebration of luxury, organized annually by the Foundation. It brings together experts, leaders, scientists, academics, artists and activists to share knowledge, practices and experiences that drive human flourishing. The festival brings together science, art, innovation, education, technology, mental health and spirituality, becoming a meeting point where new visions of individual and collective well-being are built. Happiness is not a luxury, it is a human right. Welfare is not imposed: it is taught, shared and multiplied.
