Following the MC20, the model has recently seen a natural evolution with the new MCPURA, which takes its predecessor to a higher level, making it even more exclusive and performance-oriented. The Maserati MCPURA was presented at the Goodwood Festival of Speed last July, and is available in coupe and convertible versions, the latter under the Cielo name.

With the MC20 Cielo “Opera d’Arte”, Maserati has once again redefined the concept of exclusivity, transforming artistic vision into performance and performance into pure inspiration. The same spirit of creative exploration also gave life to another landmark masterpiece, the one-of-a-kind MC20 “Less is More…?” The special MC20 Cielo is customized with design elements inspired by the Bauhaus movement and rich in fine details and intricate craftsmanship, including special paint and specially developed body colours. Both creations are manufactured in the restored Officine Maserati, inside the historic factory on Viale Ciro Menotti, in Modena.

In particular, drawing on the pioneering language of abstract art, Maserati’s Fuoriserie department designed the MC20 “Opera d’Arte” with an unprecedented creative vision. The project is the result of more than a year of close collaboration between Maserati Fuoriserie, Maserati Centro Stile and Maserati Engineering.

Completely hand-painted, the Trident Spider has become a blank canvas where customization and experimentation have brought a contemporary masterpiece to life. Fifteen exceptional colors and thousands of hours of expert craftsmanship have contributed to a truly unique result. In particular, the colors chosen for this project, from the custom acid yellow to the warm orange and vibrant electric green, were designed and crafted to evoke different emotions in every detail. Furthermore, from the advanced laser engraving on the Alcantara seats to the sporty carbon fiber elements in the cabin, the interplay between texture and tone creates an intense and refined sensory experience.

In keeping with the spirit of the Fuoriserie program and designed as a “blank canvas” for the most creative personalities, the interior of the MC20 Cielo “Opera d’Arte” combines hand-painted details on the lower part of the dashboard with leather inserts in the upper section, creating the feeling of being wrapped in a truly unique masterpiece. The same meticulous craftsmanship and abstract vision continues on the exterior: the wheels are decorated with unique graphic details in color combinations that amplify the car’s overall visual impact.
