The face of Lojas Renner’s latest collection, actress Taís Araujo will now also be an ambassador for the Todas Avançam Juntos movement, which allocates a portion of the revenue generated by the company’s brands to the Lojas Renner Institute’s projects to include women.
The initiative works to ensure the integration and retention of women in the labor market and the social development of the communities surrounding Renner.
The mobilization, in its eighteenth edition, begins on Tuesday (11) and continues until Friday (14). During this period, Renner and Ashwa will allocate 5% of net revenues from sales made in physical stores and e-commerce to the institute. In Youcom, the percentage is the same, but the contribution will be exclusively through e-commerce.
Camicado is participating only on the 14th, and also in the digital environment only, and Realize CFI, the company’s financial institution, will donate 1% of sales of CCR and Meu Cartão cards on the 13th and 14th.
This movement, which is on the retailer’s corporate calendar, is one of the main sources of resources for the Logas Renner Institute, which has invested more than R$100 million in social projects across the country since its founding in 2008.
“The movement represents a strategic initiative aimed at promoting women’s autonomy,” says Eduardo Ferlauto, CEO of the Institute and Director of Sustainability at Logas Renner. “The Institute works to promote and support initiatives for relations with communities and the fruitful social inclusion of women, in rural and urban areas, whether through entrepreneurship or employment in the fashion ecosystem.”
