In July 2024, following the couple’s separation in 2022, the Court of Domestic and Family Violence against Women of the Province of Goiania (GO) granted urgent protective measures on the account of Carlos Augusto de Almeida Ramos, known as Carlinho Cachoeira, after his ex-wife filed a police report regarding a series of threats.

They are the parents of a 9-year-old son. Currently, the two are fighting in court over the division of assets and alimony debts. Several messages were attached as part of the process.

The threats occurred verbally, via audio on cell phones, and physically. According to the victim, Carlinhos Cachoeira prevented her from reaching her workplace.
