Carlinhos Cachoeira and Andressa Mendonça had a relationship for more than 10 years. They made their union official in December 2012, in the luxury apartment they were living in in the capital, Goiás. During the party, Carlinhos kissed Andressa’s foot. The couple ended their relationship in 2015, but got back together a month later.
In July 2024, following the couple’s separation in 2022, the Court of Domestic and Family Violence against Women of the Province of Goiania (GO) granted urgent protective measures on the account of Carlos Augusto de Almeida Ramos, known as Carlinho Cachoeira, after his ex-wife filed a police report regarding a series of threats.
They are the parents of a 9-year-old son. Currently, the two are fighting in court over the division of assets and alimony debts. Several messages were attached as part of the process.
The threats occurred verbally, via audio on cell phones, and physically. According to the victim, Carlinhos Cachoeira prevented her from reaching her workplace. The lawyer also describes that the ex-partner was using his current girlfriend, the widow of former militiaman Adriano da Nobrega, to intimidate her.
