Good morning. We begin the narration of the fourth day of the trial of State Prosecutor Alvaro García Ortiz in the Supreme Court. In this fourth session, the Dean of the Madrid Bar Association announced that he denounced the Public Prosecutor’s Office issuing the press release that raised the case, because it included a chronology of events proving that it was Alberto González Amador who sought to reach an agreement with the Public Prosecutor’s Office regarding his tax crimes, and not the other way around. Subsequently, several journalists, including several from El País newspaper and one from Cadena Ser, Miguel Ángel Campos, were cited as the first to provide information on the origin of the agreement between González Amador and the Public Prosecutor’s Office.
