
Salvador gets a new structure focused on digital and in-person customer service with the opening of the Tahto unit, one of the largest customer experience (CX) and business process outsourcing (BPO) companies in Brazil. The headquarters, which opened on Tuesday (4/11), is part of the company’s national expansion plan and is expected to generate more than 1,000 direct and indirect jobs in the region.
Tahto has been present for a year and a half in the capital of Bahia, and now operates from its dedicated headquarters. The total investment planned in the state amounts to R$10 million in the coming years, following the growth of the company’s operations in other strategic capitals, such as Aracaju and Rio de Janeiro.
Currently, the company in El Salvador already has hundreds of employees, strengthening its position as one of the major employers in the customer experience sector in the Northeast.

With a presence in 14 Brazilian states, Tahto continues to expand its operations and strengthen its position among the major players in the field of customer experience (CX) and outsourcing (BPO) in the country. For 2026, it is planned to expand new units in the Northeast, with a focus on regional integration and creating opportunities for new talent and companies.
