A football game between truck drivers ends badly. video
What started as a relaxed weekend football game between workers belonging to a truckers’ union ended in the worst way, with a brutal pitched battle that included shoving, punching and kicking men in the head as they lay on the turf of the Argentinian club Merlo.
Part of the violent incident was recorded in several photos that spread on social media. In them you can see two completely different sides. Violent people will also be part of the brave Argentino de Merlo gangs and also belong to the Los Borachos del Tablon sector, the river gang.
What is not mentioned in the records is the reason behind the fierce confrontation, which may have to do with internal disputes between Hugo Moyano, the historic General Secretary of the Truckers, and his son Pablo, who is estranged from him and remains outside the union, but with strong influence from the leaders who respond to him.
According to reports, the match that ended in a fierce fight was organized by Jeronimo Moyano, one of Hugo’s sons who is allied with his father. One of the factions that clashed in Merlo will respond to him, while the other will follow the sector of Pablo Moyano and Marcelo “Fiocho” Aparicio.
Aparicio had just suffered the losses of Claudio Palasek and Paulo Villegas, two leaders close to him who would have been expelled from Camioneros by order of the union leader. Balzic and Villegas appear to have been the target of an alleged fraud at the hotel run by the union in Mar del Plata, as part of a case investigating an alleged fraud of nearly $10 million.
