Last night we witnessed a new event, as a prelude to what will be The Game Awards 2025 on the night of December 11th to 12th. PC gaming programorganized by PC Gamer in collaboration with Xbox Game Pass.
The broadcast marked our night for several reasons, as they selected the 25 most anticipated games for 2026, but the highlight was the new announcements.
For example, at the PC Gaming Show we were able to see the first trailer for Samsonthe spectacular open-world action-adventure game that will stare GTA VI in the eye in 2026.
Samson is the new product from Liquid Swords, the studio led by Just Cause creator Christofer Sundbergand its first images surprised us.
Be careful, because a new game of Starship Trooperswith yourself Casper Van Dien (actor Johnny Rico) as the opening act, and was published new gameplay of The Relic: First Guardian.
Now let’s review the 5 announcements we liked most from the PC Gaming Show, as well as a list of all the games that were present.
Carmageddon: Rogue Change
The most violent driving saga in history returns from the hands of 34 Great Things with Carmageddon: Rogue Shift, a new installment that will arrive PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2 and PC early 2026.
Rogue Shift features 15 vehicles armed to the teeth, which we can pilot to make mincemeat of hordes of the undead. Once again, offal will be the order of the day.
New features have been confirmed in the saga such as final bosses day and night cycle (and variable weather)special events and more than 80 advantagesamong other things.
Samson
The creator of Just Cause confirms his first game in Liquid Swordswhich will compete against GTA VI in 2026 due to its similar theme. His name is Samsão and we have already added him to our list of future prospects.
Samson is an adventure starring a tormented man (of the same name), who returns to the town of Tyndalston to survive his day to day life and, in the process, discovers why his family fell apart.
Open world driving, main and side missions, skill tree, dangerous criminals… everything you can expect from a sandbox is in Samson, for now announced only for PC via Steam and Epic Store.
SOL Shogunate
Halfway between Rise of the Ronin and Vanquish, SOL Shogunate aims to be one of the most frantic action games of 2026, after being confirmed for PC and PS5 with a spectacular trailer.
The SOL Shogunate puts us in the place of Yuzuki, an outcast ronin who lost his family After a brutal attack on his clan, he will seek revenge in a shining metropolis located on the Moon.
If Metal Gear Rising saw this game, I would undoubtedly be proud, as it has all the ingredients to make fans of Japanese culture, but also fans of science fiction, fall in love with it.
Starship Troopers: Final Bug War
Casper Van Dien himself, actor of Johnny Rico in Starship Trooperspresented a new game in the franchise last night. The Final Bug War is Coming early 2026 to PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2 and PC.
From the hand of Digital Aurochscreators of Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun, this single-player FPS takes us back to the late 90s and early 2000s with a 3D technical section of the time.
You will discover a new story of the Federation, full of creatures to destroy with an arsenal made up of more than 30 weapons. Want to know more? Well, we’ll have to wait, but we’ll have it available very soon.
The Relic: First Guardian
If you like soulslike and games like Dark Souls or Elden Ring, pay close attention to The Relic: First Guardian. We have been tracking this for some time and now it has been confirmed its PC release in early 2026.
The Relic takes us to the once-prosperous land of Arsiltus, which has been razed to the ground following the destruction of an ancient relic. Our task, as you can imagine, is to find all the pieces and rebuild them.
That Project Cloud Games’ semi-open world RPG It promises to surprise with its lack of levels, an arsenal with 5 types of weapons, ingenious puzzles and an exciting dark fantasy story.
