5 cheapest electric cars in Brazil in December 2025

Electric cars are gaining more and more space in the Brazilian market. The arrival of Chinese brands such as BYD and GWM has helped popularize the technology and reduce prices, making electric vehicles more affordable. Even traditional automakers have had to reposition their models to stay competitive.

Although they are not yet the majority, the figures show a clear trend of growth. According to Fenabrave data, 67,913 units of electric cars had already been registered in Brazil until November this year. The highlight of last month was the BYD Dolphin Mini, absolute leader with 2,881 registrations, followed by the recently launched Geely EX2 with 885 units and the BYD Dolphin, with 802 units sold.
