The attempt to Joao Gomes to build the residence of your dreams in a luxury condominium in Petroleum (PE)took to social media after the singer himself opened up on the podcast “Campaign Prose” at the beginning of December. According to him, the idea was to build a house with a country atmosphere, inspired by the traditional porch houses typical of the hinterland. But what fell into his hands was quite the opposite: a modern project, full of straight lines and with a contemporary look.
The artist, owner of two plots of land in Alphaville totaling 600 m², declared that he felt misunderstood by the team hired. “I bought land, and when it came to building the house, it didn’t work. Because the houses that I found beautiful were those in the hinterland, these big houses, with porches, and no one wanted to build these houses in the Alphaville condominium”he recalled during the interview.

Married to the influencer Ary Mirellethe singer revealed that in addition to the modern style not reflecting what he was looking for, the architects insisted on maintaining a standard feature of the condominium’s mansions. “They just wanted to build a square house. With all due respect to the architects, but… Wow, this guy doesn’t know how to build the house the way I want it. I had to pay the architect and the land is still there. If you want to buy it, there are two of them, one next to the other.”he said in a conversation with Renato Sertanejeiro in podcast.
