A 15-year-old student attacked a classmate of the same age at Colegio Cristos, in Fortaleza, during the school’s recovery period. According to reports, the attacker lured the student into the bathroom and stabbed him about ten times with a knife, mostly in the face. “My son was stabbed more than ten times at school. What school is this? This is ridiculous! He is now in the operating room, undergoing surgery.”He told the Globo branch in Fortaleza. The health condition of the teacher and coordinator who were attacked has not yet been revealed.
The Security Secretariat reported that the 15-year-old teenager responsible for the attack was transferred to the Children and Adolescents Police Station (DCA), where he was charged with an offense equivalent to the crime of intentional bodily harm.
