Disneyland Paris is one of those destinations that always surprises, even those who have already visited it several times. But, from time to time, nooks and crannies appear that go completely unnoticed and that only some people discover by chance. This is exactly what happened to Malaga tiktoker Carliyo el Nervio (@carliyoelnervio), who during his last visit to the park came across a space that almost no one knows about: the official kennel of Disneyland Paris. The content creator recorded a video showing this curious place, which also has to do with a personal story, since his brother worked there. Thanks to this, he was able to visit the site and explain first-hand how this service works that the park offers to those who travel with their pets. Although the majority of visitors travel without a pet, some travel by campervan, take long journeys across Europe or simply don’t want to leave their dog at home. For them, the park offers a dog and feline care service which, surprisingly, goes very unnoticed. The tiktoker explains in his video that this space serves as temporary accommodation for animals. Owners leave their pets there while they enjoy the park and pick them up at the end of the day. Evidence shows that the facilities are well maintained, the cages are spacious and the environment is quiet. In total, there are 25 spaces for dogs and two for cats. Carlos’ brother was one of the employees responsible for taking care of the animals. Their work included basic care tasks, from checking the condition of each animal to ensuring facilities were kept in good repair. It’s not the kind of work you imagine when you think of Disney, but it’s a necessary service for visitors who don’t want to give up traveling with their pets. The man from Malaga shows part of the interior of the kennel and is himself surprised by how little people know about this place. Indeed, numerous comments on the publication confirm that the vast majority did not know that Disneyland Paris had this service. Requirements for leaving your pet there One of the most surprising things Carlos says is the documentation needed to take your pet there and use this service. Some of the requirements are: Update immunization record with rabies vaccine. If this is your first time receiving this vaccine, at least 21 days must have passed. It is necessary to present an identity document of the owner. The service costs around 25 euros per day. A service that many would appreciate knowing before traveling. What is curious is that, although it is part of the park’s offering, very few visitors know of its existence. It’s not mentioned much in guidebooks and it’s not something that is highlighted on resort maps. However, for those going to the park in a caravan or for those traveling with animals in general, knowing this can be essential when planning a visit to the park. And Disneyland Paris is huge and it is impossible to know all its details on the first visit. And although it is neither an attraction nor a show, the park’s kennel is one of those spaces that goes unnoticed. So, thanks to Carliyo, you now know that if one day you want to travel with your pet, you can leave it inside the park itself.
