A detail was decisive for the Paraguayan police to identify the former director general of the Federal Highway Police (PRF), Silvinei Vasques, who was fleeing the Brazilian police in the capital of Paraguay, Asunción. A mole on her neck was highlighted by authorities in the neighboring country who arrested Silvinei. Look:

He attempted to board with false documents at Silvio Pettirossi International Airport bound for El Salvador. The arrest took place in the early hours of this Friday (26/12). Silvinei was sentenced to 24 years and six months in prison.

According to the Policía Nacional del Paraguay, the former PRF was arrested after an alert issued by the Tripartite Command – Paraguayan Delegation, when the National Police managed to identify and apprehend “a 50-year-old Brazilian citizen, with an arrest warrant in force in his country of origin for the punishable acts of “armed criminal organization, damage aggravated by violence and serious threat to state property, attempted coup d’état and attempted violent abolition of the democratic rule of law.
“After consultations with the Brazilian Federal Police, it was confirmed that the detainee is considered a high-value criminal, with a firm sentence of 24 years and 6 months in prison in the neighboring country,” Paraguayan police reported.
