
Nissan presented the new generation of its mid-sized pickup truck Navara in Australia (marketed under the Frontier name in other markets such as Argentina). Sales will begin at the end of the first quarter of next year and shares a platform with the Mitsubishi L200.
The exterior design incorporates distinctive elements from previous generations, but with some modifications to give it a more modern approach. In addition, their suspensions were modified for better handling.

The The top version PRO-4X adds some distinctive elementsThese include exterior details in black and lava red, a black sports bar, black 17-inch wheels with 265/65 R17 all-terrain tires and a standard trailer hitch. Inside includes Lava Red details, combined leather seats and contrast stitching.
In technical terms it includes a 9 inch touch screen with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay as well as one 7 inch color TFT digital dashboard. From the central screen, users also access MyNISSAN with connected services: where they can set up remote climate control, emergency calling, stolen vehicle tracking and remote door opening/closing. The ST-X and PRO-4X versions also have a wireless charger.
Security consists of eight airbags and a complete ADAS package These include: lane departure warning, traffic sign recognition, unintentional acceleration assistant, lane departure warning with emergency intervention, blind spot warning with lane change assistant, front and rear cross traffic warning and, in some versions, adaptive cruise control.
The whole range It has a 2.4-liter turbodiesel engine with 200 hp and 470 Nm, mated to a six-speed automatic transmission.. Its combined consumption is 7.7 l/100 km. It is offered in two 4×4 systems. On selected versions, the Easy 4WD system automatically switches between 4×2 and 4×4 and features electronic rear locking.
The ST-X and PRO-4X versions feature super four-wheel drive with sustained traction at high and high speeds Seven driving modes depending on the terrain: Normal, Eco, Gravel, Snow, Mud, Sand and Stone. The entire series offers a braked towing capacity of 3,500 kg.
