Palmeiras coach appears ahead of Flamengo player in ranking headed by PSG’s Luis Enrique

Abel Ferreiraof Palmeiras, and Philip Luisof Flamengo, are the two Brazilians among the best coaches in the world according to the International Federation of Football History and Statistics (IFFHS). The ranking was published this Monday, with Luis EnriqueSince PSGin mind.
The Palmeiras player is the new player, one position above the Flamengo player. Filipe Luís shares 10th place with Croatian Krunoslav Jurcic of Pyramids FC, who was Flamengo’s opponent in the Intercontinental Cup semi-final.
“After the success of 2015 with Barcelona, Luis Enrique wins his second IFFHS award for Best Club Coach in the World, in 2025, with Paris Saint-Germain. He has 222 points, an indisputable victory thanks to the six titles won with his club and the impressive football presented by the team,” published the federation.
