Mayor Julio Alak on Saturday with university students in Sosba/MLP
The mayor Julio Alak led this weekend a plenary session of university activists of Peronism from La Plata at the campsite of the Public Works Union (Sosba), where the representative sector linked to the UNLP offered their support to both the municipal administration and the government of Axel Kicillof in the province.
During the meeting, the municipal leader highlighted his leadership achievements in the first two years of his new term in office, as well as the results of the September 7 midterm elections and the prospects of the government model for the future.
He was accompanied by his city administration secretary, Guillermo “Nano” Cara, one of the leading representatives of the university political space.
The municipal leader spoke to the militants and focused on “the experience that Peronism is having in La Plata” and called for “defending the sectors that promote social development, that are committed to education and that collaborate with this great union that we are creating between the university, the territorial militancy, the living forces and the social movements.”
The event was attended by provincial and municipal officials, regional unions, UNLP officials and representatives, and local leaders.
