- ½ cup crème fraîche, whipped into whipped cream

Preparation method
- Boil the milk with the sugar and the chocolate powder.
- In a bain-marie, melt the semi-sweet chocolate with three spoons of hot milk.
- Add this mixture to the rest of the milk and stir until smooth.
- Divide the cognac between four cups.
- Complete with hot chocolate.
- Finish with whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate powder or shavings.
