AmorSaúde, a network of medical and dental clinics, brought together franchisees from all regions of the country, strategic partners and Grupo Todos executives to discuss results, share lessons learned and align priorities for 2026. At the Cartão de Todos 2025 Congress, Beatriz Brisotti was officially inaugurated as the company’s new CEO, replacing Ícaro Vilar, who presided AmorSaúde since its founding in 2016. Brisotti has served as the company’s Chief Operating Officer since 2021 and will assume these new roles in January 2026.
During the congress, held in Atibaia, between December 15 and 17, the brand strengthened its organizational culture, based on the values ”love of what we do and who we serve”, emphasis on access and affordable care, and made operational updates aimed at gaining efficiency, standardization and network strengthening for the next cycle.
During the event, the main performance indicators of the year were detailed, as well as the initiatives that supported the network’s growth. For Jéssica Souza, marketing manager at AmorSaúde, the meeting was a moment of consolidation of practices and strategic alignment with the entire franchise network.
“This year’s Congress marked an important chapter in our journey, as we celebrated the inauguration of our new CEO and the journey of Ícaro, who has guided us at the helm of AmorSaúde since its foundation. We also shared solid results, aligned priorities for 2026 and strengthened what AmorSaúde has most valuable: the collective commitment to access to healthcare,” he says.
Souza emphasizes that the event reinforced key points for the next cycle. “The congress allowed us to take stock of 2025, adjust routes, listen carefully to those on the front line and connect our partners with our franchisees,” he underlines.
Partnerships drive innovation and efficiency
AmorSaúde’s strategic partner, cVortex was present as a sponsor of the congress. The company, specializing in artificial intelligence (AI) and omnichannel service solutions for healthcare networks, presented cases and tools aimed at improving patient experience and increasing productivity in units.
Thiago Castro, CEO and co-founder of cVortex, highlighted that the decision to support the event strengthens the company vision of Grupo Todos. “For cVortex, being close to Grupo Todos franchisees, partners and decision-makers is essential. We believe in a growth model based on collaboration and active presence within the operation.”
According to the director, direct contact with those who live in the clinics on a daily basis allows them to understand the nuances, pain points and real opportunities for improvement. “This proximity strengthens our expansion strategy in the health sector, because it allows us to co-create solutions, adjust flows and ensure that our technology generates an immediate and measurable impact,” he agrees.
Throughout the congress, the company presented its particularities, highlighting the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in making appointments. “Our AI, trained to understand the patient’s history and increase the precision of care, reduces rework and accelerates resolutions. Additionally, our close, consultative support model strengthens our positioning as a company that provides not only technology, but also real-world results and a superior patient experience,” he concludes.
In addition to cVortex, the Cartão de Todos Congress benefited from the support of corporate sponsors DB Diagnósticos, Memed, Sinaxys, Trevosoft, Biologix, Neomed, Todos Incorporações, Alliage, Invisalign, Henry Shein, Dental Vidas, Onhub, Aditek and Compass.
