An unpublished photo of Marilia Mendonça alongside pilot Tarciso Pessoa Viana went viral on social networks and caused a sensation among fans of the singer, who died in a plane crash, on November 5, 2021, in the municipality of Piedade de Caratinga, in the interior of Minas Gerais.
In the image, published by the child’s sister, Nagila do Vale, the two appear smiling inside the plane, moments before the flight that ended in tragedy: “Obedient son, affectionate brother, loving and protective father and present,” she wrote in the message. Viana died at the age of 37, leaving two children and his pregnant wife.

On Instagram, the professional shared a photo of Marília wearing white pants and a white blouse. Speaking about the subject, Flavia said that it was the singer’s desire to use color and ultimately she felt comfortable doing so.
“I just know how much you wanted to wear white. It was ‘always Maraísa’s color’ (which suits her so well!), until one day you felt comfortable wearing it! The time was right! Your nails were already painted white when you said goodbye to her. (No one knows why!),” he wrote.

Then the stylist explained that the outfit in the photo was the one that Marília Mendonça would wear next weekend, before her death. Flavia Brunetti also highlighted the courage of her friend Julyer, the singer’s makeup artist, who did her makeup for the funeral wake. “I didn’t have the courage to see you,” she said.
“This outfit would be for next weekend, before you leave. And, irony or not, they dressed you in a beautiful white outfit, a shirt that I know what it is, for you to enter heaven. They said you looked like a princess. Untouchable with Julyer’s makeup. (So brave to put makeup on you then. I didn’t have the courage to see you.) Another one of your goals was achieved, Mom!”, he concluded.
