Ancine’s million-dollar announcement provokes a reaction by leaving out major producers

Last week the result of an Ancine opinion worth 260 million reais, resources of the Audiovisual Sector Fund, was made public. As had already happened in other communiqués of the Lula government, large production companies, many of which had dozens of relevant films, were left aside in favor of regional projects and other types of positive policies.
