What happens if you exceed the limits?
If an account exceeds limits, the bank or wallet informs ARK. The agency may request documents such as pay stubs, affidavits, invoices or transfer receipts.
If the origin of the money is not justified, there is a risk of sanctions up to and including temporary account blocking.
ARCA reviews these amounts every six months Consumer Price Index (IPC) published by INDEC.
