ARCA simplifies the process of uploading information and correcting errors in Simple VAT: What's New

Within the framework of the institutional dialogue space, and in response to the improvements proposed by the Professional Council of Economic Sciences of Buenos Aires, the Customs Collection and Control Agency (ARCA) has implemented the following innovations, aimed at simplifying the uploading of information and reducing errors in simple VAT.

Improvements in ARCA simple VAT

Corrections with preloaded data: When a corrective DJ creates a VAT book, the system now automatically retrieves the information from the original return. It is implemented gradually depending on the size of receipts.

Upload deductions and visualizations in LID: A new section has been integrated into the digital VAT notebook that allows you to work out deductions, receipts and payments on account for the period preceding the completion of registration – before arriving at F.2051 -.

Improvements in importing TXT files: When importing purchase and sales receipts, the system processes the correct records and displays full details of those with errors.

Adaptation to RG 5762: The system has been updated to take into account changes in electronic receipts, including:

  • Invoice A was reported to CBU
  • Invoice A is a “withholding transaction”

In this way, ARCA simplifies the process of uploading information and correcting errors in simple VAT.
