
At least ten people died this Monday in Mexico after a private jet with eight passengers and two crew members on board crashed near the airport of Toluca, capital of the state of Mexico, starting a fire that has already been brought under control by the firefighters.
Mexican authorities have said the plane crash killed four women and six men and that a total of three were minors among the victims.

The vehicle crashed into a building that was unmanned at the time, preventing casualties on the ground. However, the collision with the aircraft’s cargo hold caused a fire, which was subsequently brought under control by firefighters deployed to the scene of the accident in the city of San Pedro Totolpec.
Given the threat to the health of residents caused by the presence of gas and fuel in the facilities, local authorities have ordered the evacuation of residents and set up a security perimeter.
