The second day of collection of kits from Managing metropolises was marked by a lecture by physical education master Edilberto dos Santos Barros. This Saturday (20/12), Edilberto gave the lecture The importance of PACE to train and compete with quality. The kit collection will last until 4 p.m. today.
The conference aimed to add technical-scientific content for the athletes who will participate in the race that will take place this Sunday (12/21), in Eixão Norte.
Edilberto established a direct dialogue on the fundamental pillars of health, sports training, high performance excellence, inclusion and quality of life. This approach is fully in line with the orientations of public policies for the promotion of sport and health in force in the Federal District.
According to the speaker, his speech aimed to serve both high-level athletes and recreational practitioners looking for health benefits, with the rhythm of running as a pillar of communication.
