Bahia announced, Saturday evening (12), the renewal of the contract with midfielder Everton Ribeiro until December 2026.
The team’s number 10 had a contract valid until the end of this season and had his contract extended by the club’s board of directors.
Everton Ribeiro was hired by Tricolor in January 2024, after six years playing for Flamengo.
Since then, he has played for Bahia in 122 matches, adding nine goals and 16 assists.
At 36, the midfielder will play the third consecutive season in the French jersey.
With the club he won the Copa do Nordeste and the Campeonato Baiano, two titles won in 2025.
