-
A handful of Chamomile (calms anxiety and softens the soul);
-
A handful of Macela (provides security and emotional comfort);
-
Petals of a White rose (optional, for deep peace).
How to prepare
First, boil the water. As soon as it boils, turn off the heat. Next, place the chamomile, macella and petals in the hot water.
Cover the pan (muffle) and let sit for about 15 to 20 minutes. While the mixture is hot, take a deep breath and try to quiet your mind. Strain the mixture and take it to the bathroom.
The shower ritual
First of all, take your hygienic shower as usual. Next, turn off the shower and slowly pour the herbal mixture from the faucet. neck down.
At this point, don’t ask anything. Simply visualize a white or golden light descending with the water, washing away the weariness of the party and clearing away any negative energy that clung to you from the night before.
Finally, dry yourself lightly with a towel, without rubbing your skin too much, to maintain the properties of the herbs. Put on comfortable clothes and enjoy the rest of the day to rest. This way, your year can start off lighter, without the energy hangover of New Year’s Eve.
