Two days before breaking into a house in Vicente Pires (DF) and torturing a 55-year-old man for about 3 hours, Joanderson dos Santos Morais (featured photo), aged 29, had already been arrested in Taguatinga for stealing from a Havaianas store.
At that point he was taken to the police station and, in his underwear, he cried, but he was released because there had been no use of violence or serious threats.
