Despite his young age, just 27 years old, businessman Gabriel David, younger son of Anísio Abraão David — honorary president of the Beija-Flor samba school, in Nilópolis — has a brilliant history of great achievements at the Rio Carnival.
He is the current president of the Independent League of Samba Schools of Rio de Janeiro (Liesa), a position he assumed in 2024, consolidating himself in history as the youngest in this position.
