Bordallas’ Getafe had a difficult time at Navalcarnero

In the second round of the Copa del Rey, the rocky Getafe team met its match against its guest in Navalcarneiro. The second Al-Ittihad team forced Bordallas to sweat until the 110th minute when Montes scored It was a 2-3 final that allowed them to stay alive in the cup tournament.

The local residents only needed a quarter of an hour to score two goals against the blue team. Pereira and Pérez took advantage of Getavenense’s initial confusion and claimed a surprise 2-0 win, a scoreline that ended at halftime.

Getafe faced the second half with more ambition, of course. They dominated and had chances, but they were unable to reduce the gap until the 69th minute, when Joselu scored. His suffering continued until the 88th minute, when Mario Martin scored the equalizing goal, thus saving extra time.
