Bradesco customers reported difficulties accessing the bank’s app on Friday morning (5/12).
According to data from Downdetector, which monitors the operation of online services, there was an increase in cases of complaints about the Bradesco app as of 9 am (Brasilia time).
The peak of complaints was recorded as of 10:41 am, with more than 200 complaints.
On social media, users reported difficulties in accessing the bank’s digital channels.
The message that appeared to most users who had problems accessing the app read: “Something went wrong. But it will be resolved soon. Please come back later.”
What does Bradesco say?
Requested by news report CapitalsBradesco confirmed that the bank’s application witnessed a state of instability this morning, specifically the Next service (Bradisco’s 100% digital account). According to the bank, service has now been restored.
“The following application experienced a temporary outage that has been corrected. All services are operating normally,” the bank reported.
