THE Alameda of Hercules adds a new international accent with the arrival of La Favela, a restaurant that looks at Brazil from the grill, fire and a very specific way of understanding gastronomy: as a celebration, meeting and shared culture. Inspired by … the spirit of the favelas – not as a stereotype, but as spaces of identity, creativity and popular pride – this place offers a direct journey to Brazilian cuisine more recognizable, tasty and direct, adapted to the pulse of the neighborhood and its way of living on the street.
After several months of filming, La Favela consolidates itself as a meeting point where people live together Grilled meats, popular recipes, relaxed atmosphere and a letter designed to share. A project that fits well into the Alameda: diverse, open and always in motion.
