Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 tablespoon of margarine
- 1 ½ cups wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1 sachet of powdered seasoning of your choice (optional)
- ½ kg sausages
- Oil for frying
Preparation method
- Cut the sausages in half, boil quickly, drain and dry well. Book.
- In a blender, combine the egg, milk and margarine and beat lightly.
- Add the flour, baking powder and seasoning powder and beat again until you have a smooth dough.
- If necessary, add a little milk to adjust the texture.
- Skewer the sausages onto toothpicks and dip each in the batter.
- Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy.
- Remove and drain on absorbent paper before serving.
