In the early hours of Monday 15, a Porsche Macan collided with a pole, on Avenida Normando Tedesco, in Balneário Camboriú (SC). The accident resulted in the death of businesswoman Aline Cristina Dalmolin, 40, who was in the passenger seat.
Aline was found by rescuers among the vehicle’s hardware. She died on the way to the hospital, following a series of cardiorespiratory arrests.
According to the Military Police (PM), the driver of the Porsche left the scene of the accident and was found in a mangrove area near a river in the region. She showed signs of drunkenness. Subjected to a breathalyzer test, it was found that alcohol had been ingested at a level which constitutes a traffic offence.
After investigation, the driver was taken to hospital and then to the police station. There is no information about his relationship with the accident victim.
In a note, the Prime Minister revealed:
The 12th Military Police Battalion of Balneário Camboriú informs that, following the traffic accident involving a Porsche Macan vehicle, registered on the 15th, in the early morning, on Rua Normando Tedesco, one of the victims, who had been rescued in a very serious condition, died in hospital.
The Military Police remains at the disposal of the competent authorities, collaborating in the legal and administrative procedures linked to the incident.
