- 3 eggs
- 3 cups of sugar (tea)
- 1 cup (tea) butter
- 1 cup of milk (tea)
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla
- 1 tablespoon of yeast
- 1 dessert spoon of ammonia salt
- Wheat flour until smooth
Icing
- 200 g of icing sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Food coloring (optional)

Preparation method
- Mix the sugar, butter and eggs until you obtain a homogeneous cream.
- Add the milk, vanilla, yeast and ammonia salt and mix again.
- Add the flour little by little until you obtain a firm dough.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut it into molds.
- Place on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake in a hot oven for ten minutes, until lightly browned.
- Beat the egg whites with the sugar and lemon until you obtain a firm glaze.
- Decorate cooled cookies with icing and coloring, if desired.
