The Aena airport network in the Canary Islands plans to operate a total of 5,689 flights on this Constitution Bridge, between Friday 5 December and Monday 8 December, representing a decrease of 0.14%.
Saturday will be … Today with the highest number of movements with 1629 (+25.5%), while 1397 flights will be operated on Friday 5 December in the archipelago, which means an increase of 3% compared to 5 December 2024.
One day later, Sunday, Canary Islands airports will operate 1,346 flights, which means a decrease of 13.1%; On Monday, December 8, there is also a decrease, as 1,317 flights will be operated, which represents a decrease of 11.8%.
In terms of airport facilities, Gran Canaria will be the most active with 1,759 operations, ahead of South Tenerife (1,082), North Tenerife (956), Cesar Manrique-Lanzarote (844) and Fuerteventura (630).
In addition, La Palma will record 314 operations during the four days of the bridge, El Hierro with a total of 72 operations, and the island of La Gomera will record 32 operations, the latter being the only one to maintain the same number of flights as it was a year ago.
In terms of airport, the airport that will grow the most in flights in relation to the bridge itself in 2024 is Tenerife North, which increases by 58 additional operations, while the one that declines the most is Tenerife South, which will have 59 fewer flights on this bridge.
