Mothers denounce the alleged violations in Carlos Paz Park: “We feel abandoned by the institution and justice”
The Foundation stressed its “full” commitment to the protocols related to the violation of the rights of girls, boys and adolescents, with direct intervention by the competent authorities when the cases require it.
The statement indicated that it is the judicial authority that intervenes “in the competent criminal investigation for the purposes of determining the existence or otherwise of the reported criminal act.” In this context, the parish center confirmed that “through its authorities and teachers, it has placed itself at the disposal of justice to cooperate and cooperate in the criminal investigation if requested.”

The institution’s management team added, “From the first moment, this institution was at the disposal of parents to provide the necessary clarifications and answers, always within the educational field.”
One of the most prominent features of the statement was the reference to the regular attendance of participating minors. “The students concerned attended regularly to their garden rooms throughout the year and participated in all suggested activities,” the document noted.
The Foundation appealed to “the good faith of all families to allow justice to do its proper work and reach conclusions that may be consistent with the law,” and expressed confidence that “respectful and honest dialogue will always lead to truth and the common good.”
Context of complaints
The educational institution’s statements came after two mothers of four-year-old girls publicly reported an alleged case of sexual abuse that would have affected their daughters on May 19, 2025.
Maria (not her real name) told Radio Continental Cordoba that she discovered vaginal blood in her daughter’s underwear when she returned from the park that day. He added: “I took his clothes out of the garden, his underwear, and I saw a large blood stain on him.” The minor was taken to Gumersindo Sayago Hospital, where two pediatricians activated the corresponding protocol. That same night, the official complaint was filed.
Lola (pseudonym), the mother of another girl in the same room, said that in the early morning of May 20, her daughter began shaking in her sleep. He added: “It seemed like it was an epileptic seizure. She started screaming and saying the other girl’s name.” Neurological studies ruled out organic causes and a neurologist determined that the seizures had “emotional connotations.”

Both mothers agree that the educational institution’s response has not been as expected. Maria requested access to security cameras and was denied on the grounds of protecting the safety of other children appearing in the recordings. He asked: “I told him: For stealing a phone, or for stealing anything, you have to check it. And for a crime of this kind, how can you not do that?”
Lola expressed that she never felt the support expected from directors. “I did not feel accompanied, nor did I feel like they were helping me or giving me answers,” she said.
The complaints were filed in two different public offices and, according to the mothers, the reasons were not consolidated and the investigation did not advance as quickly as a case of this type would require. “They didn’t go to school and they weren’t raided,” Lola said. “We don’t understand how something so sensitive and important – children – doesn’t have any importance yet. We can’t believe it.”
Demonstration at the school door
The complaining mothers and a group of members of the institution’s educational community demonstrated today, Friday, at the school’s gates, with the aim of pressuring to activate the judicial investigation and clarify what happened.

One mother read the school authorities’ statement and responded with questions:
