The government must reveal which specific installations were supporting the Spanish electricity system at the exact time of the April 28 outage.
This was ordered by the Council for Transparency and Good Governance, which examined a complaint against the Ministry of Ecological Transition for having hidden this data in the official version of the report on the electricity crisisreleased last June.
The resolution obliges the ministry to deliver, within a maximum period of 10 working days, either the complete report of the committee which investigated the breakdown, or at least the complete identity of the plants which appear anonymized in the public document: four nuclear, one coal and six gas, in addition to hydraulic production which was also connected at this critical moment.
