The judiciary accused the president of the Argentine Football Association (AFA) of Claudio Fabian “Chiqui” Tapiaas part of a criminal investigation into a alleged unlawful withholding of pension contributions and social security contributions. The case also reaches board members and analyzes a debt that, according to the control organizations, would exceed 19,000 million pesos.
The accusation was made by the white collar criminal prosecution Claudio Roberto Navas Rialwho presented the request for instructions to the judge Diego Amarante.
