The labyrinth of vocation has never been so complex. In an increasingly digital world, with many stimuli and surrounded by artificial intelligence, it is difficult to choose a profession. At this crucial moment, the tenth edition of EL PAÍS CON TU FUTURO (EPCTF) is presented in 2025 with the imperative motto: “Choose your own adventure”. This is not a brochure event, but an introduction to professional reality aimed at undergraduate and graduate students who will fill the cinemas of the Kinepolis of Madrid on December 17 from 9 a.m. (it can also be followed via streaming). Very good, the promise is simple: you will see more than 60 professionals, among the gurus, who in a few minutes will reveal the truth about your work.
It’s about destroying the myth of the perfect career and confronting students with the hard and fascinating truth of the job market. It’s a place where professionals are informed without filters, where the opportunity to speak face-to-face with people who have walked in the mud is real, and where, perhaps most importantly, it is unapologetically assumed that error is also part of the program. Charlas cut, clear, without posture. You who inspire and the professionals who exist. Spaces, finally, so that the next generation can question themselves without fear, connect to reality and, finally, discover their true path.
The event is organized by EL PAÍS with AENA, Renfe and Santander as sponsors, Acciona, Farmaindustria, IBERIA, L’Oréal Groupe, Leroy Merlin, MOEVE, Multiópticas as sponsors, Universidad Pontificia de Comillas and Schiller University as academic partners and Noticiastrabajo as collaborating company.
