Due to these events, he was investigated for two offenses against road safety: one for reckless driving and the other for driving without ever having obtained a driving license, and could be punished with prison sentences of six months to two years and deprivation of rights driving motor vehicles and mopeds for a period of more than one year and up to six years, and a fine of twelve to twenty-four months or working for the benefit of the community from thirty-one to ninety days.
