Next week, Lula’s government will launch a new application for the process of obtaining a national driver’s license (CNH) without a mandatory driving school.

The app, according to the article, will be called “CNH Brasil” and will be officially launched by the government at a ceremony at Palacio do Planalto scheduled for Tuesday (9/12).

According to Renan Filho, the state traffic departments have already been informed. “Detrans is aware and monitored,” the minister said in the column.

The new rules for obtaining a driving license without a driving school were proposed by the Lula government and approved on Monday (1/12) by the National Traffic Council (Contran).
