Singer attempts to build ‘dream house’ in luxury condominium in Pernambuco

“I had to pay the architect, I bought the land… If you want, the land is there (available),” joked João.
Responsible for the project, the company Gama Arquitetura, from Petrolina (PE), responded to the singer’s story on its social networks. In an Instagram post, the company shared images of the proposed design, as well as a screenshot of a meeting with clients.
“We are sorry, João. There was a lack of additional communication on this first facade. But at the end of the third revision of the facade, the project was approved and we were satisfied with it,” the company said in the caption. “The co-ownership also approved the project.”
According to the Extra newspaper, Gama Arquitetura said it had developed a new project, approved by João after some modifications. The company is now waiting for the singer’s agreement to begin work. The house will be built on two plots of land with a total area of 600 m².
