A health worker assigned to a health center in Campiña Sur faces a tax demand for 15 months in prison for an alleged offense of continuous harassment against a nursing colleague from the same center, to whom he allegedly subjected … for years to “insistent, invasive and disruptive” behavior both in the workplace and in the personal sphere.
According to the tax classification, the defendant worked between 2019 and 2023 at the health center alongside the professional concerned. Throughout this period, the accused allegedly developed a “obsessive crush“, which led him to constantly seek her proximity, to shower her with unwanted attention and to present himself as a supposed “protector”, without there being a personal or professional relationship that justifies such gestures.
The healthcare company, which never responded to this interest or maintained any relationship with him other than strictly professional, began receiving persistent, unsolicited messages to by emailWhatsApp and even paper notes. The accused expressed his desire to “deepen” the relationship and encouraged her to “show her feelings”, going so far as to make recommendations of an intimate nature such as “exploiting her femininity” or promoting “this feminine eroticism that every woman possesses by showing her legs, her buttocks, her chest, her makeup, her hair and her nails”.
In a particularly invasive episode, the accused even questioned him about contraceptive method used. This type of comment generated deep unease in the victim, a fear of family conflicts and anxiety, even if, according to the prosecution, her withdrawn temperament initially led her to avoid direct confrontation.
sex gifts
In order to gain their favor, the accused allegedly gave repeated gifts, such as perfumes, chocolates and even invitations to eat, while the victim repeatedly asked him to stop doing it.
At Christmas 2022, the health worker went further and gave him a sex toyaccompanied by a decorated letter with Christmas motifs and painted lips, in which he suggests experimenting with the object. The victim, deeply embarrassed, immediately threw it in the trash.
The harassment also reached the workplace: the accused revised the working schedule on his own initiative home visits assigned to the health care company and went to his patients’ homes himself without warning them, then writing messages such as “these notices have been made, save yourself the walk.”
