With the approval, signed by the Court of the 1st Bankruptcy and Judicial Recovery Court of the District of São Paulo, InterCement is confident that it will be possible to achieve an adequate financial structure, which will allow a new cycle of growth and development, for the benefit of the collective of its creditors, investors and other interested parties.
InterCement Brasil’s creditors approved the new version of the company’s legal recovery plan, presented to the São Paulo court on October 6. The plan was approved with the support of more than 99% of creditors and creditors in each class.
