Threats and attacks
As the column this Thursday (12/18) showed, the two met in August, and in September they began living together. In November, she was attacked after an argument. “It was from the 27th to the 28th (November). He hit me in the face, it was a slap, my head went against the wall, it made a cut, it was swollen, it was bleeding,” Gabriela said.
After filing a complaint against her ex-boyfriend, the model filed a petition in court under the Maria da Penha Law, seeking protection measures. The request was met.
In the decision, to which the Fabia Oliveira section had exclusive access, the judge in charge of the case confirmed that “there is evidence that the facts occurred as a result of an emotional relationship and/or in a family context”, and that it is therefore “necessary to grant the urgent protective measures requested taking into account the factual circumstances presented”.

The magistrate specified that the victim had presented a series of photographs showing “visible injuries”, which led to the conclusion of domestic violence. Thus, he determined that the attacker should not approach within 100 meters, not communicate by any means and not frequent the victim’s home or workplace.
Furthermore, the judge also decided that the DJ had to leave the ex-couple’s residence, since until the time of filing the police report, the couple lived at the same address.

Remember
In conversation with the Chronicle, Gabriela reported that she met the producer on August 21 of this year and that, shortly after, she decided to move to live with him.
According to Gabriela, since the beginning of their relationship, her contact with others has been controlled. The model said she could only speak to her family members in his presence.
She also said she remained locked inside the house. “He doesn’t like me leaving the house, he kept me locked up, he stopped me from having friends. I couldn’t use my cell phone and I really wanted to compete in Miss Universe, it was always my dream and he didn’t want to,” he said.
Gabriela also said she received threats from her ex-partner, who told her she would be hospitalized if she reported the attack. According to the report, she discovered that the producer had previously been involved in similar episodes with ex-girlfriends.
