Man regrets starting a relationship and not catching anyone
“The strongest relationship is with a co-worker that you have a trauma bond with,” Clay said in the video. “No one has seen evil like you saw it together. No one knows the war zone you went through. You can’t even explain it, because no one would believe it.”
The man also adds that only colleagues know secrets that could destroy a company or an industry. “It’s a bond that binds you for life,” Jake clarified.

Although Clay never claimed to offer research-based psychological analysis, the video quickly went viral. Many users shared their own stories of workplace solidarity in the comments.
For the boy, the repercussion of the video was not a surprise, it only confirmed what he said. “I think everyone has had the experience of having an unhinged boss, rude supervisors, and a co-worker who understands the situation in a way that even best friends can’t understand,” Clay told Newsweek.
