Here’s how to prepare:

  • 2 cups boiled and chopped chicken
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 small can of cream
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 3 medium boiled potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Grated mozzarella cheese for gratin
  • Salt as desired
  • Pepper to taste
  • Paprika as desired

Preparation method

  1. Mash the potatoes while they are still hot and mix them with butter, milk and salt until you get a smooth and creamy puree. book.
  2. In a frying pan, heat the oil and fry the onions and garlic until golden.
  3. Add tomatoes, tomato paste and chopped chicken. Season with salt, pepper and paprika to taste.
  4. Add the cream and cottage cheese, and mix until a very creamy filling is formed.
