Singer-songwriter Criolo, winner of the 2023 Latin Grammy and seven-time nominee for the award, has signed with the Altafonte label, which represents artists such as Liniker, Lenin and Gilberto Gil.
The first fruit of the partnership is the album “Criolo, Amaro e Dino”, which is scheduled for release in early 2026.
The work brings together Criolo, the Pernambuco pianist Amaro Freitas and the Cape Verdean singer Dino D’Santiago.
The trio, who previously collaborated on the single “Esperança,” was nominated for a Latin Grammy for Best Portuguese-Language Song in 2025.
