Former President Cristina Kirchner reacted to the number Inflation in Novemberthat was 2.5%, the highest since April this year, as reported by the National Institute of Statistics and Censuses (INDEC) this Thursday.
The former president posted on her account X (ex Twitter) addressed a lengthy statement against the economic plan of the government of Javier Milei, asserting that inflation was lower in November 2015, during his term in office.
“And this after the largest adjustment in history in salaries, pensions, public works and provincial resources, a new IMF loan of $20 billion more, the support of Trump and Toto Caputo to take on more dollar debt, against the background of consumption in free fall and the closure of factories and businesses… Is everything really going according to plan?” he wrote.
“Exactly ten years ago, The usual unpresentable ones (look at the photo and I don’t even need to name them) featured the self-proclaimed “IPC Congress” of the Month for November 2015, which in reality was nothing more than the repetition of the consumer price index published by the government of the city of Buenos Aires, led at the time by Mauricio Macri,” he continued.
“I mean… In November 2015 (the penultimate month of our third term as president), alleged inflation was… lower than Milei’s… when not only did we not owe a single dollar to the fund, but we had also repaid the loans that others had applied for and issued …” he asserted.
“We had the highest salaries and pensions in Latin America, we gave computers to high school children, medicines to pensioners, pensions and medicines to the disabled, and we also sent satellites into space… among many other things that we cannot enumerate… Anyway…” he concluded.

This Thursday the National Institute of Statistics and Censuses (Indec) announced how much it cost Inflation in November. It was 2.5%, the highest since April this year.
