Looking ahead to 2026, Flamengo is already making waves in the transfer market and has its sights set on one of the highlights of the Brasileirão. This is Cruzeiro striker Kaio Jorge, 23, who was top scorer in the Brazilian Championship and the Copa do Brasil.
However, the Rio club’s mission will not be easy, since Raposa will only agree to exchange the athlete for a value starting at 50 million euros (around R$327 million).
The information was disclosed in an interview by Pedro Lourenço with Itatiaia and confirmed by Metropolises.

Kaio Jorge arrived at Cruzeiro in June 2024, after a spell at Juventus, for a five-season contract. Wearing the Minas Gerais club jersey, the player played 69 matches, scored 33 goals and provided 11 assists. In 2025, he was the Brasileirão’s top scorer with 21 goals.
He also achieved this feat in the Brazilian Cup, where, together with Rayan, from Vasco, he was the top scorer with five balls in the net.
